DESCRIPTION: Morta is fossilized Oak that has laid for hundreds or even thousands of years in a swamp. Due to the acidity and lack of oxygen the wood does not rot, but rather petrifies. It is a fairly rare material that must be excavated from swamps and bogs. Morta makes for exceptionally cool blasts, and this pipe is no exception. Rarity aside, with its comfortable shape and excellent engineering, this pipe stands out on its own. The jet black of the Morta is beautifully offset by a generous piece of ivory which caps the shank. Next time someone in your pipe club is bragging about their pipe made from 100-year old Algerian briar, whip out this bad boy and tell them to get back to you in 900 years.
