Michail Revyagin

Misha Revyagin started making pipes in 2000. His workshop is in Moscow, where he works, alone, listening to classical music " to give his pipes positive energy".

Revyagin is self-taught and admires Bo Nordh. His briar comes from Jaume Hom in Spain and his ebonite from Germany. Misha describes himself as a briar maniac and only makes smooth pipes. He uses a large variety of materials for adornments ranging from mammoth ivory, boxwood and even plastic to titanium (he doesn't work with silver). Michail Revyagin makes about 50 to 60 pipes per year.

How To Buy?

You'll see I don't have links to PayPal to buy a pipe or accessories on my site, I don't like the idea of hitting a button and buying a pipe. Call me old fashioned but I want to know who's buying a pipe from me. Here is How to Buy »
